- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon rind
- 1 1/2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. water
- 6 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 angel food cakes (brush away brown off cake)
Directions

1Beat egg whites in large bowl.

2Fold in sugar and beat until stiff.

3Fold into custard mixture.

4Place layers of cake, broken in bite size.

5One layer of cake and one layer of custard until all custard and cake is used.

6Leave in refrigerator overnight.

7Unmold and frost with whipped cream.
