- 2 c. defatted chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice (more if desired)
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Mix all ingredients to chicken broth, except rice.

2Bring to a boil.

3Add rice.

4Cover.

5Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

6Stir in 2 teaspoons parsley.
