  • 2 cup boiled rice
  • 1 curry leaves
  • 1 sesame seeds
  • 1 black mustard seeds
  • 6 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 turmeric powder
  • 1 paprika powder
  • 1 chopped bell papper, of your choice
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 olive oil

Directions

    Take a fry pan, heat olive oil in it.

    Add curry leaves, sesame seeds, black mustard seed and saute.

    Now add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped bell pepper and saute them as well.

    Add spice to it:- turmeric powder, salt, paprika.

    Toss well.

    Add boiled rice and mix it well.

    Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle coriander leaves onto it.

    Lemon rice are ready to eat.
