- 2 cup boiled rice
- 1 curry leaves
- 1 sesame seeds
- 1 black mustard seeds
- 6 clove chopped garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 turmeric powder
- 1 paprika powder
- 1 chopped bell papper, of your choice
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 chopped coriander leaves
- 1 olive oil
Directions

1Take a fry pan, heat olive oil in it.

2Add curry leaves, sesame seeds, black mustard seed and saute.

3Now add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped bell pepper and saute them as well.

4Add spice to it:- turmeric powder, salt, paprika.

5Toss well.

6Add boiled rice and mix it well.

7Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle coriander leaves onto it.

8Lemon rice are ready to eat.
