  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter or oleo, melted

    Put eggs and sugar in bowl and beat thoroughly, then add the rest of ingredients and blend well.

    Bake in 9-inch unbaked pie shell at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.

    Pie will be brown on top and when you shake gently it will shake like jello.
