- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of salt
Directions

1Mix sugar and cornstarch in a small pan; add water gradually and stir constantly.

2Bring to a boil and cook for five minutes, stirring to keep from scorching.

3Remove from fire and add remaining ingredients.

4Serve warm or cold.
