- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine sugar and cornstarch.

2Add water slowly, stirring sauce constantly.

3Boil over low flame until thickened (5 minutes). Remove from fire and add remaining ingredients.
