- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 slightly beaten egg yolks
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
Directions

1Blend butter with sugar and flour; add egg yolks, lemon juice and peel and milk.

2Fold in egg whites.

3Pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan.

4Bake in hot oven (450°) for 8 minutes, then in moderate oven (325°) for 25 minutes.
