  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 can (large) milk (cold)
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • vanilla wafers

Directions

    Mix lemon jello, sugar and hot water and then let cool. Beat milk and lemon juice

    and add to jello mixture. Crumble vanilla wafers on

    bottom of long casserole dish, then pour in mixture.

    vanilla wafers on top. Freeze and cut in squares to serve.
