  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • whites of eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Cream sugar, butter and egg yolks; beat well. Add lemon juice and flour; beat well. Add milk and beaten whites of eggs. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° approximately 45 minutes.
