  • 1 t. butter
  • 2 T. flour
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. milk

    Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks and combine with sugar, butter, flour, lemon juice and milk. Fold in egg whites. Pour into crust and bake at 375° until firm.
