  • 2 ounces fresh coconut water or Malibu rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce blue curacao
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • A spritz dry vermouth
  • Lime wedge (shaken in the shaker, not squeezed)

Directions

    Combine the coconut water, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, vermouth and lime wedge in a shaker.
