  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 lemon (grate rind and squeeze juice)
  • 1 c. milk

    Beat yolks to cream; add juice, rind and milk to first 3 ingredients.

    Last, fold in beaten egg whites.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until firm in center.
