- 6 egg yolks
- 4 c. milk
- juice of 4 medium lemons
- 1/4 lb. margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Fold in 6 beaten egg whites and 1/2 cup of sugar that have been combined in a mixer until stiff.

3Pour into 3 large, unbaked pie shells.

4Bake 10 minutes at 425°, then at 350° for 40 minutes.
