  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 4 c. milk
  • juice of 4 medium lemons
  • 1/4 lb. margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Fold in 6 beaten egg whites and 1/2 cup of sugar that have been combined in a mixer until stiff.

    Pour into 3 large, unbaked pie shells.

    Bake 10 minutes at 425°, then at 350° for 40 minutes.
