  • 3 eggs, separated
  • pinch of salt
  • small amount of butter
  • juice and rind of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, but egg whites.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into other mixture.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°.

    Cook until knife comes out clean.
