  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • juice of 2 small lemons
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and butter.

    Add egg yolks and lemon juice. Then add milk and lastly stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Bake on single crust at 350° until brown on top (approximately 1 hour).
