  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. ground nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. 10x sugar, sifted
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip, softened
  • 2 regular size pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. ground nuts for garnish (if desired)

Directions

    Combine butter, flour and nuts in small bowl.

    Mix like pie dough (soft).

    Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spread thin and put small curl up side of pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Cool in pan.
