  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 c. apricot nectar
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil or oil of your choice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • juice of lemon

Directions

    Mix cake mix, nectar, oil, eggs and sugar together well. Pour into tube pan and cook 1 hour at 325°.

    Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together well. Pour on cake while hot.
