  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped capers
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme

Directions

    Heat all ingredients in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly.and fragrant.

    This should take approximately 3 minutes.

    Cool to room temperature before serving.

    This oil can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.

    Let oil come to room temperature after you take it out of the refrigerator before you serve it.
