- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 cans Comstock lemon pie filling
- 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip

1Melt margarine over crackers.

2Spread evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff.

4Spread evenly over crushed crackers.

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Let cool. Top with pie filling.

7Spread Cool Whip on top of lemon pie filling.
