- 2 carrots, cut into thin strips
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Arrange potatoes and carrots in a vegetable steamer over boiling water.

2Cover and steam 8 minutes.

3Add yellow squash and zucchini.

4Cover and steam 2 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Place vegetables in serving bowl.

5Combine butter and remaining ingredients; pour mixture over vegetables, tossing gently.
