  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 large box Jell-O instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Mix cake mix, lemon pudding, eggs, vegetable oil and water with mixer for 10 minutes on medium speed.

    Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Remove from oven and let stand 1 minute.

    Prick cake all over with a fork.
