  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine dry cake mix, Cool Whip and beaten eggs. Drop by teaspoonfuls in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Cookies spread out as they bake. Cool on wire rack. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
