- 1 1/2 cup finely crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup Butter or margarine, melted
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 6 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 few drops of yellow food coloring
- 1 lemon peel for garnish
Directions

1Heat oven to 350

2In medium bowl, mix first 3 ingredients.

3Press graham cracker mixture firmly against bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate.

4Bake about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

5Cool crust 30 minutes.

6In large bowl, use mixer and mix ice cream, lemonade concentrate and food coloring.

7Add ice cream mixture in cooled pie crust.

8Freeze about 4 hours or until firm.

9Let stand at room temperature a few minutes before cutting.

10Garnish with lemon peel.

11Store left overs in freezer.
