- 50 g butter
- 300 ml lemonade
- 12 cup cream
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
Directions

1melt butter.

2add lemonade and cream.

3separately mix together dry ingrediants.

4at this stage can add flavourings like 2 C grated cheese or 1T sugar and sweet flavourings like dates.

5or dont add anything for plain scones.

6mix wet ingrediants into dry and stir til well mixed.

7turn onto floured board.

8cut into shapes and bake on tray.

9200 degrees celcius 8 mins fanbake, 12 mins bake.
