  • 1 Tbsp. lemon rind
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley, snipped or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

    Combine chicken broth, lemon rind, lemon juice and bay leaf in a saucepan over medium heat.
