  • 8 ounces small peeled carrots
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

    Wash and halve carrots, and steam for 8 to 10 minutes.

    In serving bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar.

    When carrots are cooked, drain, and stir into soy mixture.
