  • 2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 1/4 lb. ground meat (beef or pork)
  • 14 to 16 oz. spaghetti

Directions

    Cook spaghetti in pot and drain.

    Brown meat in saucepan; drain oil.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Combine meat also in spaghetti pot.

    Stir occasionally.

    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

    Add cheese, if desired.
