- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water saved from cooked potatoes
- 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Crisco
- 1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
- about 5 c. flour
Directions

1Put potatoes through sieve to avoid lumps in potatoes.

2Add enough flour to make a soft dough (about 5 cups).

3Let rise until double in size.

4Make into rolls and bake in a 375° oven.

5This will keep in refrigerator for several days.
