- 1 12 lbs flank steaks
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 12 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh oregano
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Place meat in plastic bag.

2For marinade, combine remaining ingredients and add to bag.

3Let stand in the refrigerator 2-24 hours.

4Drain meat, reserving marinade.

5Preheat broiler.

6Place meat on broiler pan.

7Broil for 15-18 minutes, turning and brushing with the marinade half way through cooking.

8Thinly slice on the diagonal before serving.
