  • 1 12 lbs flank steaks
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 12 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

    Place meat in plastic bag.

    For marinade, combine remaining ingredients and add to bag.

    Let stand in the refrigerator 2-24 hours.

    Drain meat, reserving marinade.

    Preheat broiler.

    Place meat on broiler pan.

    Broil for 15-18 minutes, turning and brushing with the marinade half way through cooking.

    Thinly slice on the diagonal before serving.
