  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil
