- 2 (19 ounce) cans lentils, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F

2Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.

3Mix thoroughly and press mixture into a lightly oiled loaf pan.

4Bake 50 minutes.
