- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 3 c. diced, cooked ham
- 1/2 lb. Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 lb. lentils, washed
- 3 qt. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. red hot pepper sauce
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach (10 oz.), thawed and chopped
