  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 3 c. diced, cooked ham
  • 1/2 lb. Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 lb. lentils, washed
  • 3 qt. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. red hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach (10 oz.), thawed and chopped
