- 1 pkg. lentils (soak overnight)
- 2 to 3 carrots
- 1 to 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 potatoes, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- spices (all to taste): curry, cumin, salt, pepper and vegie or chicken bouillon cubes
Directions

1Rinse soaked lentils.

2Cook over medium heat in water.

3Chop vegetables and begin adding to lentils.

4Add stewed tomatoes.

5Add spices.

6Cook overnight.
