  • 1 pkg. lentils (soak overnight)
  • 2 to 3 carrots
  • 1 to 2 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 potatoes, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • spices (all to taste): curry, cumin, salt, pepper and vegie or chicken bouillon cubes

    Rinse soaked lentils.

    Cook over medium heat in water.

    Chop vegetables and begin adding to lentils.

    Add stewed tomatoes.

    Add spices.
