- 4 c. boiled potatoes, cut in chunks
- 2 c. sauerkraut
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (20 oz.) can big franks, sliced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Saute onion in butter and then add the big franks.

2Add all other ingredients and mix well.

3Spray an oblong pan with Pam and pour in ingredients.

4Sprinkle with a little paprika.

5Bake 45 minutes at 375°.

6Makes a large casserole.
