Lentils With Cabbage

- 1 sausage
- 1 handful shredded cabbage
- 4 1/8 tablespoons lentils cooked
Directions

1Remove the skins from the sausages.

2Heat the oil in a wide bottomed saucepan and add the sausage meat, break it down with a fork.

3When browned, add the cabbage and fry for a minute.

4Add the lentils cover and cook until the cabbage is wilted.

5Add salt and lemon juice
