  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 to 3 celery stalks
  • Bermuda onion rings
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Tear or chop lettuce, cut celery diagonally.

    Place lettuce, celery and onion rings in layers.

    Combine sour cream and sugar; drizzle over the layers.

    Combine mayonnaise and vinegar, drizzle over layers and sour cream.

    Crumble cooked bacon over salad. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
