- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar, Divided
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 cups Sifted Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Butter, Room Temperature
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Directions

1Combine the walnuts, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon and set aside.

2Grease a tube pan.

3Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

4Using your mixer, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add the remaining 1 cup of sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, beat until blended. Add flour mixture alternatively with the sour cream.

5Pour half of the batter into the pan, and then top that with half of the nut mixture. Pour the remaining batter in, and then top with the rest of the nut mixture.

6Bake for 40 minutes in a 350°F oven.
