   Mix cornstarch with cold water into a thick paste.

   Add this paste to boiling water and stir over heat until the mixture becomes translucent.

   Allow to cool.

   Store in a covered container and use as a general purpose paper and craft paste.

   This is nontoxic and completely safe for kids' craft projects.
