- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 large can V-8 cocktail juice
- 2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. frozen vegetables
Directions

1Brown meat and onion.

2Drain off fat.

3Add the rest of the ingredients and cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.

4If desired, add any other vegetable from refrigerator like chopped celery, a carrot or shredded cabbage.
