Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 medium size cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 2 medium size carrots
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Directions

1Grind cabbage and carrots.

2Dice onion and mix together with salt.

3Let it set for 1 hour, then squeeze out all the juice (using hands), then throw all juice away.

4Mix all other ingredients together including cabbage, carrots and onion.

5Place mix diagonally on egg roll wrapper.

6Fold mix in wrapper.

7Cook. Use a deep frying pan.

8Put 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in. Set stove on medium or medium-high and cook slowly until golden brown.

9It will take about 10 to 15 minutes.

10Check and turn as it browns.
