- 2 dashes salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 qt. water
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions

1In a blender, add white rice, vanilla, and evaporated milk. Blend together well.

2Pour into a gallon container and add water and sugar.

3Shake very well.

4Add more sugar if desired.
