- 4 eggs (as this is not cooked, I suggest liquid pasteurized eggs)
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon anise flavoring
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon flavoring
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 7 -8 cups milk, to fill 1 gallon canister
- 3 drops any desired food coloring
Directions

1Beat eggs and add sugar 1/2 cup at a time, beating after each addition. Add whipping cream, anise flavoring, lemon flavoring, salt and food coloring if desired. Pour into canister and fill to full line with milk (7-8 cups). Freeze in 1 gallon ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
