- 14 cup egg substitute
- 1 12 cups mashed bananas
- 12 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 350.

2combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.

3Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl.

4Combine wet and dry ingredients until all is moist and pour into a 9x5 loaf pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.

5Bake 1 hour or until tooth pick comes out clean.

6Cool in pan about 10 minute place on wire rack to finish cooling.
