- 1 pkg. quick acting dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water in medium bowl. Add Bisquick and milk and mix until dough forms.

2On a surface dusted with baking mix, smooth into a ball and knead 10 times. Roll out to 1/2-inch thick; cut with a 2-inch cutter, dipped in baking mix.

3Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

4Let rise in warm place about 30 minutes or until soft and puffed.

5Bake at 425° for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.

6Makes 9 to 11 biscuits.
