  • 1 c. Almaden Light Blush wine
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. each: Dijon mustard, dried basil, oregano and olive oil
  • 1 medium clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 Tbsp. each: chopped onion and green pepper

Directions

    In small saucepan, mix Almaden Light, vinegar and cornstarch; bring to boil over medium heat, stirring, until slightly thickened.

    Cool.

    Mix in remaining ingredients.
