- 1 c. Almaden Light Blush wine
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. each: Dijon mustard, dried basil, oregano and olive oil
- 1 medium clove garlic, pressed
- 2 Tbsp. each: chopped onion and green pepper
Directions

1In small saucepan, mix Almaden Light, vinegar and cornstarch; bring to boil over medium heat, stirring, until slightly thickened.

2Cool.

3Mix in remaining ingredients.
