- 1/2 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup 2% buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spray bottom of 9x5 pan with nonstick spray.

3In mixing bowl, beat together splenda, butter, egg substitute and cinnamon extract.

4Combine baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour.

5Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture.

6Add the buttermilk, mixing well to combine.

7In small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.

8Pour 1/2 the batter into greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Repeat.

9Bake for 40-45 minutes.

10Remove from pan and cool.
