Light Consomme Sausage Yakisoba

  • 3 packs Semi-dried yakisoba noodles
  • 1 packet Wiener sausages
  • 1/2 of a medium carrot Carrot
  • 120 grams Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 generous amount Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Consomme stock granules

Directions

    Cut the sausages and cabbage.

    Finely shred the carrot using a slicer or mandolin.

    Stir fry sausages with vegetable oil and add carrot and cabbage into pan.

    Add noodles and sake, and continue frying.

    Season with consomme granules and pepper.
