Light Consomme Sausage Yakisoba

- 3 packs Semi-dried yakisoba noodles
- 1 packet Wiener sausages
- 1/2 of a medium carrot Carrot
- 120 grams Cabbage
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 generous amount Pepper
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 heaping tablespoon Consomme stock granules
Directions

1Cut the sausages and cabbage.

2Finely shred the carrot using a slicer or mandolin.

3Stir fry sausages with vegetable oil and add carrot and cabbage into pan.

4Add noodles and sake, and continue frying.

5Season with consomme granules and pepper.
