  • 1 lb. butter
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. sifted flour
  • 8 oz. cherries
  • 8 oz. raisins
  • 8 oz. dates
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 8 oz. figs
  • 1 lb. coconut, grated
  • 6 oz. candied pineapple
  • 1/2 c. orange juice

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs, a little at a time!

    Add flour and orange juice. Add fruits that have been sliced. Mix well. Bake in slow oven at 300° for 2 to 4 hours, depending on size of pan!
