- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (peach)
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 2 c. ice cubes
- 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 can sliced peaches, drained and diced
- 1 pkg. graham cracker crust
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes.

2Add ice cubes and stir until Jell-O is thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.

3Blend in Cool Whip, then whip until smooth.

4Fold in peaches.

5Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound.

6Spoon into crust.
