  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 20 basil leaves
  • 3/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth or (14 1/2 ounce) cans vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh pepper
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon
